Hellsing; [Aly] Litchi Faye Lin; [John] Arakune; ----- Blazblue awards: Megacon; Anime Sushi Hall Award June 17-19, 2011 Florida Supercon; Best Group Award (Group consisting of Jin, Rachel, Valkenhayn and Lambda) July 1-4, 2011 ----- Cosplay made entirely by hand, by me and with the help of my friends. The only thing bought made in this costume was the black leotard. Armor pieces are made out of styrene, insulation foam, foam core and craft foam. Everything is held together with gorilla glue, velcro, snaps or clips. The legs snap apart so that they can fit on top of my boots, and the heels in my boots are clear so it gives the illusion of a "skinny" foot without sacrificing my balance. (Although the costume as a whole did sacrifice my mobility lol) Arm blades are separate pieces that attach and unattach, as well as the mask. LEDs were attached to batteries and placed in all the yellow "light" sections on both my upper arms, my hips, the mask and on top of both of the leg armors. However, the cheap LEDs I purchased gave out after a couple of hours. Well, cosplay IS a learning process. Even though I only got to wear my costumes for a short while, it was still a lot of fun while it lasted. ♥ |

You should try a cosplay of Blaze Fielding from Streets of Rage/Bare Knuckle (SEGA videogame) or Corrector Yui, from the anime of the same name, wearing one of her four suits (ground/fire/water/wind). I'm sure that you could get those characters off the ground.
